Upstairs
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils including glasses, cutlery and plates. It also includes all modern appliances including an electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience. The kitchen boasts magnificent views over the hillside.
Dining Room
The dining area has a wooden dining table with eight chairs and wonderful views over the hillside and the pool. Leading off the dining room through large patio door’s is a balcony with a dining and seating area with sunblinds if shade is needed on those hot lazy days.
Lounge
The spacious lounge has a focal point of a typically Spanish fireplace. The lounge has air conditioning and there is plenty of seating for eight people on two sofas. In the lounge is a Sky TV system with English channels such as BBC, ITV, and many more, a DVD player and Bose iPod docking station. Also provided are DVDs, books, games and jigsaws to keep you entertained both inside and out. The patio doors in the lounge lead out onto the adjoining balcony with the dining room giving you the option to relax on the balcony with a further blind for shade.
Master En-Suite Bedroom
The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a centre ceiling fan, mosquito nets and a full length mirror. It has two divan single beds, bedside cabinets with bedside lamps to give dimmed lighting for the more relaxed feeling. There is a triple wardrobe with interior hanging and shelving space, also a set of drawers with a mirror and light above. The fully tiled en-suite to this bedroom consists of shower, toilet, basin, mirror and shelf for all your toiletries.
Downstairs
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom is identical to the one on the first floor and also has its own en-suite.
Two Twin Rooms
These two further bedrooms both have divan twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes with hanging and shelving space. There are wall mounted mirrors in these rooms with a shelf and power point below ideal for drying hair and applying makeup, with lights above. These bedrooms are also air-conditioned with centre ceiling fans.
Family Bathroom
The fully tiled family bathroom is situated on this floor with a bath and separate shower, basin, bathroom mirror and toilet.
