The option that most people go for is to be met by one of our representatives at a local easy to find café called Pan Pan Jamon Jamon, with directions being sent prior to your holiday. They will accompany you to the villa thus avoiding any stress at the beginning of your holiday to Villa Hermosa! They will be your point of contact during your stay and will be on call if you have any problems or queries during your stay.
Alternatively if you have satellite navigation, we will provide you with the postcode and meet you directly at the Villa.
An arrival hamper is included when you book Villa Hermosa and this consists two five litre bottles of water, one of which will be chilled in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, one litre of milk, bread, butter, jam, crisps and dips. A new addition this year is the inclusion of complimentary dressing gowns for adults and a little gift of toiletries.
The arrival hamper can be upgraded to include food for lunch, BBQ and drinks so that you do not need to shop for the first few days. Also if there are any special requests such a certain make of baby food or any dietary requirements you might have, our representative will get in touch with you before your holiday and these details can be given to her and she can look for them in the local supermarkets or buy them in for you.
A clean of Villa Hermosa will be offered weekly if your stay is longer than a week, and clean bedding, bath and beach towels will be supplied on the middle Saturday of your stay as standard.
A further maid service, ironing service and babysitting service are available with our representative but this would be dealt with directly with her to ensure all your extra requirements are met.
